Case History:

Tashi is 89 years old. During the 1960’s, he relocated to the Tibetan Refugee Settlement in India with his family. He started farming as a source of livelihood. He worked in the field for 40 years but is not longer able to farm. Currently, he is a widower and lives alone. He has no children to look after him.

Tashi’s current health status is poor and weak. He is unable to walk properly and his eyesight is poor.

Sponsorship for Tashi will ensure that he receives food, clothing and medical attention when necessary.  More importantly, it will show him that someone voluntarily cares about his situation.
